General Polices for The Creative Pioneer

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:

For certain products and designs, I work with a printing company that individually prints and ships each product and order just for you, these are the estimated processing & shipping times from order/Design confirmation.

USA: Domestic Shipping 7-15 days

Canada: 8-19 days

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFO:
The Creative Pioneer is not responsible for any local or Country specific customs duties, taxes or excise fees. I hold Nexus in several States, and you will be charged sales tax if you are in one of these States.
The Creative Pioneer is not responsible for items that show delivered by shipper to correct address, that you the customer say is undelivered, or mis-delivered due to incorrect address.


CANCELLING AN ORDER:

Each item in this store is custom made just for YOU, I do not carry any stock, once an order is placed, it either gets routed to our printing facility, for printing and shipping to yourselves or I get to work on customization of your product here in house. Therefore I am unable to accept cancellations of orders placed online which are automatically fulfilled. Contact me if you have any questions at all.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

Due to the custom nature of our products I do not accept returns or exchanges for customer remorse or wrong sizes being ordered by customer, please see size guidelines for items within the product description before you buy.

Apparel -please be extra careful to check the sizing measurements on Apparel items as some t-shirts are offered in UNISEX sizing and may therefore be different sizes than you are accustomed to, the size chart is available in the description, it may be a good idea to measure one of your favorite t-shirts to work against!

Damaged on delivery items:

If an item is damaged upon delivery, please Contact me within 48 hours of the delivery being made to you, photos are required please.

If I have made a design error on my part with a customized order, we will work with you to rectify this, please get in touch.

I strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so if your order arrives and something is not up to your expectations please send me an email or contact request and I will absolutely try to work to resolve it to ensure you are pleased with your purchase.

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:

CUSTOM ORDERS: I happily accept a limited number of custom orders each month and love bringing your visions to life. I do offer mock-ups on custom designs for your clarification and confirmation, however payment is required before the design process begins.

PLEASE proofread mock-ups. Upon approval that will be your design. I do not offer refunds or returns on custom design work once the process has started, but if something is defective or not to your expectation upon arrival, please send me a message and I will strive to make it right. Custom designs may take longer than our typical turnaround time due to the extra design time involved.

WHOLESALE: I welcome wholesale inquiries.

The Creative Pioneer reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If  your order is canceled you will be notified within 48-72 hours of purchase and a full refund will be processed to you.
